What a great experience with the entire staff at Dr.Batellis office. He was kind, personable, patient, and he was very knowledgeable. The front desk girls, especially Mary, were great. Very glad the hospital contacted Dr. Furmanek on my behalf when I was admitted with a diabetic abscess on my foot. He was very approachable and competent with my care. He was one of a few health professionals I had contact with at NCH north that I have any respect for. His office has been very responsive and professional as well. I do recommend Dr. Furmanek.

The staff and Dr. Furmanek were all friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Furmamek took his time to explain my treatment options and what I could expect. The doctor really put me at ease. He also had excellent eye contact when speaking to me. I felt he was thorough and was a good listener.

I went for an ingrown toe nail procedure and dr. Kleinpell was just amazing. He was very thorough and explained how the process would be. He was very caring and I did not feel a thing. He made sure I was okay throughout the whole process. His nurse and front desk staff where as great! Very pleased with my visit and definitely recommend 10/5.
