Entire staff is very nice. Angelina at the front desk is so nice and welcoming. Lexi is Amazing and Alex is friendly.

I had what could have been a serious foot problem and it was treated exceptionally well by Dr. Thetford over a period of months. While surgery was eventually needed it was not performed until all other options were tried. Also, I was always treated with respect not only by Dr. Thetford but his staff as well.

All the staff were very personable and courteous! Very happy with the appointment!

Although my appointment with Dr Thetford was my first, I was not disappointed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Looking forward to my next appointment. BTW, not happy with the pad to check in…can be very confusing for someone in their 80’s.

Dr Thetford was understanding and compassionate. Fracturing my ankle forced me to completely change my life plans and I was emotionally devastated by my diagnosis and plan of care. Being unable to work and dependent on others for assistance in activities of daily living was a difficult adjustment. It’s now 10 weeks since my accident and I am starting physical therapy and looking forward to returning to work soon. Dr Thetford explained the whole process in detail from the beginning and he has been accurate in realistically describing the steps involved in recovery. I appreciate that he was always honest even though he knew it wasn’t always what I wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed surgery due to a foot or ankle injury.

Dr. Thetford has been extremely thorough in guiding me through the healing of my foot. At each visit, he made sure I understood what we were looking at on both t he X-rays and the ultrasound. I couldn't recommend him more!

Very glad the hospital contacted Dr. Furmanek on my behalf when I was admitted with a diabetic abscess on my foot. He was very approachable and competent with my care. He was one of a few health professionals I had contact with at NCH north that I have any respect for. His office has been very responsive and professional as well. I do recommend Dr. Furmanek.

The staff and Dr. Furmanek were all friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Furmamek took his time to explain my treatment options and what I could expect. I went for an ingrown toe nail procedure and dr. Kleinpell was just amazing. He was very thorough and explained how the process would be. He was very caring and I did not feel a thing. He made sure I was okay throughout the whole process. His nurse and front desk staff where as great! Very pleased with my visit and definitely recommend 10/5.
